subframe

How much trouble is it to change front subframe on 91 camaro? Mine is bent where engine mounts sit on the bottom of frame, looks like someone ran over something.

Re: subframe

the k-member or subframe, the k-member is relitivly easy, you kist take the engine out, the springs out, and take out the A-arms and it is held in by 6 bolts and 2 brackets(the brackets are only in "profromance" cars...eg Z-28, T/A ect.)and the brake line, the subframe is permantly part of the car and can't be removed W/O a torch.

Re: subframe

You don't need to take the motor out to remove the k-member, just support the motor so the K-member can be removed
