which torqu arm

alright ive been lookin to invest in a new torque arm. i use my car for both the strip and auto x

now my question is whats better

spohn has on that replaces the transimssion cross member and **** with a tranny loop so on and so forth

bmr makes one that shortens the arm and moves it to a universal and independant cross member

so i want to know the pros and cons of each and wat people are using more of

any information is welcome

Re: which torqu arm

spohns bolts in BMR requires fab and welding
a shorter arm react faster, a longer arm reacts slower.

Spohns does not play well with LT headers and exhaust/ground clearance

Ultimately, i dont think you will feel a whole lot of a difference, its more of a preference of manufacturers.

Jegs sell one too, it mounts up in the tunnel and is great for exhaust clearance, UMI sell crossmember mount ones too that are really nice and similarly priced to spohn, better made too IMHO
