Does any one know if these wheels will fit on my car. They came off an 91 GTA. I will be putting them on my 85 Trans Am. They look the same as the ones I have now.

 

Hard to say, because those arent GTA wheels. If they were on one and fit ok on it, should fit fine on your car.

 

Thanks, I didn't know if there was a difference between the spacing from 85 to 91. Were those wheels available in 91?

 

All 3rd gen wheels will fit on any other 3rd gen...with 1 detail.

Stock 16" wheels....The backspacing is different. Fronts will fit the rear, but rears won't fit the front.

From a GTA? No....All GTAs had the crosslaces.

But it doesn't matter...ANY 3rd gen wheel will fit ANY OTHER 3rd....Only restrictions are for when they are Front or Wheel specific wheels.

Fronts will fit on the rear, Rears will not not fit on the front.

 

May have been, like a base Firebird. But those wouldnt be 16's. Those should be 15x7. The offset are the same front and back, and year to year.

 

Maybe this is a post for the history guys. I was just wondering for my own info.
