I searched up and down on my car for a similar bushing and i cant find one, the paper says its a "secondary transmission crossmember mount"

i dont have one of those apparently, they look like a yo-yo, one guy said it was an old vibration dampening bushing, one of GM's "after production fixes"

is that right? or is there something im missing?>

ill post up a pic later but im at the shop right now so i cant hook up my phone

Earlier cars came with this. 82 to 84 I think, 82 for sure. Your 89 does not have it.
