Look where to by a pitman arm for a 1986 IROC-Z

I hope this is not a dumb question, I want to rebuild the front end of my 1986 IROC-Z. But, I have not been able to find who sell the Pitman Arm.

Does the 1986 IROC-Z have a Pitman Arm?

If, yes where can I buy one?

On our thirdgens the pitman arm is a NON wear item. Unless you have some serious front end damage you have no reason to replace it.

The question seems to be asked about every week or 2 about needing a new pitman arm. Unless it's been damaged in an accident, it will never wear out.

Perhaps you're thinking about the idler arm?

Yeah, they're right. Pitman arms don't need to be replaced. I had a machanic tell me I needed a new center link and pitman arm. The guys full of crap.... besides, good luck finding one. If it's the idler arm, a similar looking part that is on the passenger side, then you can get those at a local parts store like Auto Zone or whichever. Are you having an issue with the steering?
