How can i paint the inside of frame rails?
I have a couple of frame-on-body vehicles that i plan on frame off restoring over the summer (an s10, and a monte carlo). I intended to fully box the frames to increase torsional rigidity then coat the frames with rust bullet. my only concern is that fully boxed frames tend to encourage rusting from the inside-out. Obviously i cant rust bullet the c-channel frame before i box it as the rust bullet will just burn off.
So my question is has anyone encountered a tool that would allow me paint the interior of a 4' long tube? Something like a spray gun with a 4' long hose.

Yes they make something like that. We have one at the shop but I don't remember the manufacturer. It's a very simple tool and didn't cost much but it doesn't shoot paint it's a rustproofing material more like undercoat. Any autobody supply store should know.

Find a local undercoating, rust prevention dealer. ZieBart isn't around any more. Try going to Krown Rustproofing.
