Here is my question, I have removed the dash and now I am looking at how to mount the A pillar bars. I have the Competition Engineering "kit" so it only has one bend in it and I want to go behind/into the dash to push the bars as far forward as possible. Basically I plan on cutting a "U" into the dash so it fits around the bars.

Problem is, I am just playing with the bar locations and the damn brackets for the dash are in the way! I am thinking of cutting them a bit and welding to them but I wanted to get some advice/pics of others who have done this.

Can you show me where you mounted your A pillars?
