CHANGING THE REAR
Today i was looking around online for a rear end swap for my camaro i want to know what good this will do : 82-92 Camaro/Firebird 3.27/posi 9-bolt PBR disc brake rearend. Has about 90k miles and works great. The 9-bolt rearends were a rare option on these cars and are much stronger than the factory 10-bolts. Also, this rearend has the later style PBR rear brakes which are larger and much more reliable than the earlier style. 9-bolt rearends only came with the PBR brake one year so this is a very hard rearend to find. Comes complete with the rotors, calipers, and WS6 rear sway bar. How hard will this swap be and what will i need?

Re: CHANGING THE REAR
It's pretty easy, also, it's been covered a million times already, so try a search!
Re: CHANGING THE REAR
Went with a 89 9-bolt when I swapped rear a few years back and the only problems was the brake line fittings were different. SAE & Metric if I recall. Also make sure you get the parking brake cables & proportioning valve for the 9-bolt.
