Steering Shaft Rebuild?

I have had the same problems with sloppy steering that many people have posted on the message board. After replacing most of the front end and rebuilding my Steering Gearbox (GREAT POST AND INFO on Gearbox rebuild in Message boards!!!!!), I am still left with my initial problem. I have come to the conclusion that it is in the upper section of my steering shaft. There is a boot below the connection to the steering column which is allowing alot of play from the column to the gearbox. Can this section be somehow rebuilt, or am I going to have to replace the shaft itself?

Thanks,

Pyro

I bought this one.

Seems to work fine, nice quaility. Haven't pushed it too hard as the cars is being overhauled and hardly leaves the garage.
