Lowering with shocks and struts!!!!
I own an 87 5.7L Iroc. I am looking to lower my car with the eibach pro-kit. I just need the set up for street cruising comfortable ride! I would like to spend about $200 or less on a set of shocks and struts. What shocks and struts would work best with this set up? Please give me your oppinion! Thanks

Re: Lowering with shocks and struts!!!!
You'll want at least the KYBs, but you need to buy the best you can afford. The stock replacement shocks like Monroe and Gabriel weren't designed to be used on lowered cars and you'll kill em in a hurry. My new Monroes lasted about 6 months- took them off, and they were completely worn out. Replaced them with KONIs.

my tokicos were still good after 3 years of abuse and being lowered 1.5-2" they are great for the money and have a lifetime warranty, i replaced them a few months back with the konis
