Will UMI STB fit TPI with AS&M runners?

Will UMI STB fit TPI with AS&M runners?
UMI's website says their STB will not work with aftermarket runners. Will it fit with my AS&M runners? I guess I could just shim it up a little. But does anyone know?

I'm curious too. Currently running SLP runners with poly engine mounts and I'm curious if it will rub.

I am running poly mounts as well. I kinda doubt it will fit without spacers. But we shall see.
