whats left and right

When one goes and finds parts, usually have to order them. Theyre giving the option of left and right. whats left and whats right. (passengerside driverside wise) I got my part in today, its the wrong side. i thought left was passenger.

You'd have to ask them, usually companies are dumb dumbs and always mix up passenger side, driver side, left, and right with each other.

Re: whats left and right

in America, you drive on the "right side of the road". The extra area to you side when driving is called the "right shoulder". You "never pass on the right". People have the "right of way" when they are to your right at a stop sign.
You make a left turn or U-turn from the "left lane only".
You drive a LHD (left hand drive) car in America. Parts of Europe drive RHD cars. To make a left turn you use your "left hand turn signal" To make a right you use you "right hand turn signal"...

...Is any of this sinking in?

Let me know when you are out on the road. I plan to stay home so as not to get hammered by you driving down the wrong way of the street.

Out of curiosity....
What language did you take your driving test in?

Wow man, he was obviously just wanting to make sure, as almost everyone buys parts in "driver's side" and "passenger side" form.

No need to try to insult, or be a tough little wise guy over a simple forum question.

Actually, I cracked myself up over that one. I thought I was being quite comical and entertaining.

Everybody take a deep breathe, relax, and smile...it actually feels good to laugh even at yourself from time to time, we are ALL human.
