Some Front End Questions...
I've been upgrading my 91 Formula over the years... Parts Installed Include:
Spohn Sub Frame Connectors
Tubular LCA's
Tubular Panhard Bar.
Jamex Strut Tower Brace
Wonder Bar
Poly Trans, endlinks / sway bar bushings...
I just ordered some tubular A arms and steering rebuild kit from Spohn...
Looking to replace springs with stock height ones...
Questions...
I see that Moog sells Rear Cargo Springs / Progressive ones I think... I plan to have some junk in the trunk, so I want to go with these...
I didn't see any front progressive ones, just stock replacement. I did come across some AC Delco stock / Heavy Duty ones... Go with stock or HD? Why?
I'm assuming if my front spindles are ok, new bearings / rotors will help too...
Are there any better aftermarket calipers that will fit 15" wheels?
Any other tips to help it ride smoother are welcome...

Re: Some Front End Questions...
Springs- What are you planning to haul, and why replace the ones you have? If the springs you have are working ok, then there is no reason to replace them. HD typically means they are rated for a heavier ride, and you will not find any for the front as there is no luggage rack that goes on your hood. That said, you will not need the HD ones unless you are hauling a trailer or an excess of the factory rated load, or near to it for long spans.
Front suspention: the calipers won't help you any unless you are upgrading the rotor too- bigger rotors go with the bigger caliper. Check out wilwood or brimbo for those. I enjoy the some what stock setup in the front with aluminum single piston calipers and slotted rotors with great results, our cars aren't that heavy to need a 6 piston caliper and 18 inch rotors. The spindle will be good as long as it has no heat damage (causes discoloration) or scarring. Get the bearings with a metal cage, some came with plastic and this does not hold up well. Good luck,
