Spring Rates/Heights

I'm thinking about getting the Ground Control weight jacks for my 1992 RS to lower the ride height, gain some performance, and keep some ride quality. The car is a V6/AT car and I have no plans on changing it. I was wondering with all hte people on the forum if and V6 owner had put this kit on their car. I plan on setting it up for agressive street/autocross use. Ride comfort has to be acceptable because I like to take my car out on twisty mountain roads here in East Tennessee. Any input or help is greatly appreciated.
