Re: ground control suspension
yeah, i have a set, that pic is a universal one, the kit doesnt look like that. Its a really nice setup, im only using the fronts, using coil-overs in the rear.
the front is pretty easy to adjust, just a 1/2 ratchet and extension up through the center of the spring pocket in the a-arm. Dont even need ot raise the car much to do it. I can do with with the car up on a small set of 3" ramps.

Re: ground control suspension
I have the full kit, front & rear. Love them! I've always wanted a set & FINALLY got some.
In the pic, the rear springs are upside down & set on top of the adjusters (left 2 springs) & the front adjusters are upside down & set on top of the springs (right 2 springs). Fronts adjust with a ratchet, like he said. And the rears adjust with an allen wrench (to lock/unlock them) & a spanner wrench to adjust them.

Re: ground control suspension
you can put the car really low with these, however, if you want the most out of the suspension and lower 3", you really need to consider drop spindles. Lowers that much without will cause geometry issues.
the purpose of the weight jack is to be able to maintain a desired ride height with whatever spring rate you plan to use, without going through the hassle of trimming springs and reassembling the suspension a hundred times.

I run a softer spring than most people (recommended by Sam Strano so.....
and i think a lot of people go too high bigger is not always better), but the car handles VERY well. If I choose to go stiffer or softer, new springs are cheap ($52/each Eibachs from Ground Control, I believe) by turning the adjusters, I can go right to where it was before.Going 3" is a bit much, IMHO. I wouldn't try to go lower than 2". 3" will bottom out your struts. Even at a 2" drop, raised strut mounts are a good idea.
