sourcing roll bar
first off, sorry if this is the wrong forum but chassis is the only thing i could think of. Does anybody know of a company the sells the rolls bars they put in b4c's for 91-92? I have one with the holes in my interior trim from the bar but no bar. I was going to just steal the trim pieces from my donor car but I would rather have a roll bar in their anyways. If nobody has any ideas maybe you could point me towards a good bolt in 2-4 point set up with the same mounting points used. The bar should look like this.
forgot whose pic that was but I hope you don't mind me referencing it.(found in a thread from 04)

Re: sourcing roll bar
I dont think that is a good place to bolt/weld the rear bars on the car it should be more towards the rear center of the car.
just my 2 cents

Re: sourcing roll bar
What a worthless looking roll bar. What's it good for? It doesn't give any position to mount a 5 point harness and it offers zero rollover protection. The main purpose of a roll bar is to protect the driver. That design does nothing.
If you feel you need a roll bar, do it right and forget about allowing any kind of access to the back seat.

Re: sourcing roll bar
I have no idea other that checking with S&W roll cages. I would personally mock something up out of ABS drain pipe and angle fittings and then have it converted to DOM by a fab shop.

Re: sourcing roll bar
I'm talking about the mounting points of the rear support bars the wheel wells are not strong enough to help in any kind of accident
