springs, shocks and struts

ok i just took a ride in the camaro and the car is really rough and there is some squeaks in the suspension and if you are reversing to turn let there is a like if some one put a few small rocks in a box and were to be shaking it and when we also turned left one time it sounded like the tires were rubbing. so do you think most of these problems would be fixed with new shocks/struts/springs? what are some good shocks/struts? kyb gr-2? i currently have kyb gr-2 shocks in the front but they are from who knows when some time in the 90's and sat for years out side on the car. and what are good springs? any help is appreciated thanks. and btw the tires are on full pressure so that isnt accounted for the bouncing like. also im looking to keep stock height but 1 in would be the lowest i could go. I'm not looking for a caddy like ride experience but im not going be taking turns super fast i just want a mid level setup between comfortable and peformance because this will be a daily driver in a few years, year around but i still want to feel comfortable going around a corner a bit faster but i may be taking weekend cruises. also should i replace anything else like ball joints? thanks.

Full pressure as the door placard advises or full pressure as the tire's side wall mentions? If the latter, go with the placard as you may be overinflated.
