Spring rates.

Does anyone know the standard spring rates [in pounds per inch] for an'85 Z28? How much stiffer are the IROC springs in pounds per inch? I want to lower the car without making it so stiff riding that my fillings drop out of my teeth!

Car: 86 LG4 & 92 TBI Firebird
Engine: The Mighty 305!
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42
The base front springs were around 350, the IROC/WS6 were 548 pounds. Dont know the back. If you plan on lowering your car, you dont want to go softer then stock because you will bottom out more.
