WS6 Spring Rate

I would like to put in some 1" lowering springs in my 90 GTA which has the WS6 performance suspension. Would like to soften up the suspension by changing to springs with a lower spring rate. Can anyone tell me what the spring poundage rate is on the WS6 front and rear springs? If anyone has attempted this with a WS6 suspension I would like to hear your comments and also welcome any spring recommendations.

The IROC/WS6 were 548 pounds. Dont know the back. If you plan on lowering your car, you dont want to go softer then stock because you will bottom out more.

The spring rate on the rear WS6 springs is 204 lb/in. I've been told by Global West that upping the front spring rate and lowering the rear spring rate improves handling and smoothes out the ride compared to factory WS6.
