Suggested Caster/Camber Settings?

I'm looking for suggested settings once I get my Eibachs, Bilsteins and poly bushings installed. I plan to road race and autocross occasionally. Most of the driving will just be cruising around. Any advice?

Zero Toe, -1 degree Camber, 5.5-6.0 degrees caster. I run these specs and the car handles very well. The high caster with a 12.7 raito box does tire my arms at times though. For high speeds put toe in a hair. For autocross (parking lot cone chasing) put toe out. Check Global West for good settings.
