Get a new bar. A shop may be able to bend it back, but the metal has been weakened at the bend and the sway bar wont work like it was designed too.

You can pick one up at tha local pick-a-parts. While you are at it o can upgrade to WS6 or Iroc sway bar. Grab the sway bar bushings too or upgrade to poly. The sway bar is a non-wear item IMO. As long as the donor car was not in an accident a used one will work just as well as a new one. I bought new ones for my RS, but found out they sold me a 4th gen front bar by mistake. I had already powder coated it, so I couldn't return it. I picked up one off a Firebird with WS6 performance suspension.
