KONI REDS NOT ADJUSTABLE???

CALLED SUMMIT TODAY TO ORDER REAR SHOCKS,ASKED THEM WHERE THE ADJUSTING ***** ARE THEY SAID THERE WEREN'T ANY,THAT THEY ARE SELF ADJUSTING,IS THIS TRUE????THAT'S WHY I WANTED THEM

The Konis I have, just purchased a few months ago, are adjustable out of the car. You set them to what firmness you want, then install them, and they adjust themselves to that firmness. To change it, you have to disconnect them. Maybe thats what they meant. Check Koni's website at http://www.koni.com/
