Biggest tires that will fit with Eibach Sportlines?

Ok, it's time for some new tires, and I want to get something wider than the stock 245s. I've lowered the car 1.5 inches with Eibach Sportlines, and I'm wondering how big of a tire I can fit under the fender without them rubbing.

With my Sportlines,I'm running 275/40/17's without any fender rubbing. What size rims do you have and what is the backspacing, because that will play a factor in the biggest tire size you can go with without rubbing.

Right now I've got the stock 16" rims. Sometime soon I want to get some different rims, can't decide what I want yet. But for now I suppose a 275/45/16 would fit on the rim, and I could space them out if I needed to.

I don't see any problem with those size tires with the drop. But I'd hate for you to take my word for it and something not go exactly right.I would take it to a tire shop like Discount tires,NTB,or whatever reputable shops you have in your area and let them look at it.But,it does sound like they would fit with no problem.
