1le brakes question

Im thinking about upgrading to the 1le brakes , but i had one question, im running ws6 17" wheels with the wheel adapters, and im trying to find wether the 1le system chages the back spacing at all, just because i dont want to buy new spacers?

I don't think it does, or at least I didn't notice any change when I upgraded to the 1LE brakes on my IROC. If it did change, it wasn't enough to make any difference wrt tire clearance in the wheelwells.

IIRC, the 1LE rotor hat is 1/2" thicker than the stock rotor, which would move the wheel outward 1/2". HTH

Is that with the 1le spindles or modified spindles?

1LE spindles are modified stock spindles. There is no difference in the spindle dimensions except for the caliper mounting provisions. The 1LE rotor however is much bigger, both in diameter and in thickness of the rotor hat and friction surface. The 1/2" thicker rotor hat makes the wheel stick out further by 1/2".

The wheel mounting face on the rotor is in the same place on both regular and 1-LE rotors. There is no change in offset. I have measured.
