brakes in snow....

i'll make this quick

I have new rotors and calipers in front so the brakes are real good up front.....

But I've had the car for a year and the rear drums have never been touched...

When I get below 20 mph in the snow, the front brakes lock up real easily.... is this common? or is it my brakes?

do I need to service the rear brakes so I can get more even braking?

Sometimes the automatic adjust feature on these brakes fails to work properly. You just need to pop the rubber plug out of the backing plate and use a brake "spoon" to turn the adjuster out. You should adjust the rear brakes out until they barely touch the drum
