Brake bushings

My car pulls to the right when I brake. After jacking up the front end and inspecting the bushings, i found that the left side does not slide as easily. I lubed it up, but that didnt seem to help. Will simply replacing the gaskets around the bushings solve this problem?

A problem I was made aware of is that the mid 80's vehicles brake lines were prone to the brake line swelling up over time. This keeps pressure from building on short distances and locks the brake eventually over longer(more braking)periods because the fluid cant drain back. This might not be your problem,,,but it was mine when I got my beater camaro, I found this out when I did the brakes on a friends 84 truck and another friend who was a mech told me the prob after I did everthing short of replacing the rubber line. After replacing the line & a brake bleed,,,,perfect,, 3 yrs & going.
