Massive Wheel Hop

The Title Says it all, Weather in a strait Line or In a turn, When I floor it and the Tires start to break Loose, I get Intense wheel Hop, This just started after I added some air to the Passenger rear tire as it was low. I also have put a differnt carb On the car and it seems to have picked up a bit of power, so this may have something to Do with it.

Either way, My suspicion is that My springs are shot, well I know they are shot But that they are causing this. Any Other Ideas ?

crawl under the back of your car and see if you can wiggle the shocks up and down and side to side. If you can, the bushings are shot. I had the same prob on my car and I thought i was going to lose my fillings ever time I punched it. A cheap pair of $25 shocks cured it.Remember, this could be the problem or maybe not, could be springs, pinion angle, any of the other bushings. Start here first, it's an easy check.

Yea check those shocks...i had the same thing happen to me too...another thing i had happen in my isuzu p/u is when u get the rears spinning fast (water) the whole drivetrain more/less would bounce up and down you could feel it in the shifter (stick) i ended up making some wannabe lca's and that fixed it.

Whoops, forgot to Mention I just replaced the Rear Shocks, But the I did Not have this problem Untill this last week. Ive had the Shocks On For 2 Months Or So.

the first time I really Noticed the problem was after i did My exhuast, and It is aggravated Now after I changed carbs and Picked Up alot of power, So It seems to be related to the amount Of power im **trying** to Put to the pavement.
