Lower Springs and Shocks/Struts
Lower Springs and Shocks/Struts
I know I've seen a lot of combinations thrown around on the board and everyone seems to have an opinion one way or the other, but I'll ask anyway.
The car, 92 V8 TBI Firebird. 15" rims, currently stock engine.
I'm interested in the BMR Springs which claim to drop about 1.5" What would be a set of shocks/struts that will handle the droped height, not bottom out, and still fall under the "budget" category. (Cheaper than Koni/Bilstien) I have heard so many mixed opinions about KYB GR-2's, some say they are great, others say they bottom out. Talk about a little confusing?
Also planning on doing an energy suspension master bushing kit at the same time.
Any help would be great.
