Re: sway bars to buy
I'd save the money and buy stock ones from a salvage yard or even members on here. But you may be looking for performance beyond there ability.

Re: sway bars to buy
I would go with Spohn sway bars. Their parts seem to fit a 3rd gen car with no problems. I went with Spohn for a few parts over the years (SFC'c, RLCA's, Panhard bar, front steering kit other misc items) and found they sell very good quality parts. Also have a Hotchkis STB that I had problems mounting on my TPI setup. Even with the part being stated made for a TPI, and I was not happy with the install.

Re: sway bars to buy
the hotchkis ones are the same as stock, i dont even think the front wall thickness is different. So if you want the 36mm hollow/24mm solid combo, just get stock bars.
Spohns front bars are solid inthe front, so they are quite a bit stiffer than the equivelent hollow bars. That may be too much bar, might not.
Hellwig offers a pretty trick adjustable rear sway bar, so does hotchkis. Hellwigs is solid 7/8 and hotchkis is 15/16 hollow.

thanks guys i want more p/f then stock so , think ill go with a spohn front and the "pro drag" rear from spohn + it will match my tranny x member and t/a , just change out the p.h.r to an ujustable edelbrock, having a spool that adjustabiaty really helps , no more rubbin the inside drivers well

Re: sway bars to buy
so the car is a drag car? if you are using the huge rear drag bar, why bother with such a larger front bar?

changing sway bars like that, I hope you dont drive it on the street much, if any. there's more to be considered than a brand name, here.
