So When I first got my GTA the front brake lines were screwed up, and the car wobbled all over the place when braking. The dealer I bought it from replaced the brake lines, and front calipers. Now ever since then the front end made a squeaking noise upon braking. If you look at my videos below, you will see what I mean. It doesn't make any noises going over bumps, around corners, or braking going backwards. It only makes the noise when I stop at a certain force. I always thought it was the front end and it would be like that until I had the money to rebuild it, but now I saw another thread on here that was talking about the brakes making a similar noise. So I want your guys opinion, what do you think its from? Once again, the car ONLY makes the noise at the end of braking right before it comes to a stop. I can go over speed bumps, up my driveway, bumps, no noises at all. It drives and stops straight as an arrow. The font end has been greased up multiple times recently as well.

 

it's usually the pads. i always have good results with autozone pads. i use them on all my customer's brake jobs and my own vehicles. no complaints.

 

Ok, I guess I will have someone drive the car so I can listen to which side its coming from... Thanks dude, I really hope its something screwy with the pads..

 

cool. i assume there is an autozone in vegas? they will replace them for free, even if they just wear out.

 

yes there are autozones in vegas. The car has done that for the past two years and its really ****ing annoying.. my moms van has has sway bar bushings go bad before and it made a clunking noise, but it did it during braking and turning. my car only does it when braking..
