Those with a Steve Spohn torque arm--inside

I'll be receiving one in a few days and I wanted to know what changes to expect from it. How and what will the improvments be compared to the OEM part? An inquiring mind wants to know....

All I can say is that it is awesome quality. Much better than the stock crap. Went on fairly easy but my friend helped me and things went a lot smoother.

Yeah, but most importantly how did it effect your launches? Does the car plant the rear a lot better?

I have Steve's torque arm/T56 crossmember kit and it is definitely awesome quality. I have gotten soooo many compliments on it. I'm not sure if I can give you the most accurate testimony on how it affected my launches because i installed it at trhe same time as my auto to manual trans swap. Launching with the manual is so different than with the auto. I will tell you this though. It is very hard to get a decent burnout unless I drop the clutch at very high rpms. So that tells me that the torque arm plants the tires very well. If you're really looking to plant the tires, then get his lower control arms and reloctaion brackets also.

How about anyone with an auto car? How did it help/hurt your launches and were there any effects on handling during any other type of driving? Highway? Road Course? Anyone?
