how much $$ to change struts

Because of the way my tires are wearing I think my front struts are going bad. About how much would it cost me, in general, to have them replaced?

Man you can do that by yourself. The only problem will be the bolts at the bottom. Very tight, but save yourself a lot of money and try to DIY. That way you can buy better struts with the money you save on installion.
BTW, push down on the front of your car real hard and if it keeps bouncing a couple of times then your struts are worn. If it bounces just once then they are most likely fine. Look elsewhere for wear problems.

It cost me $50 per strut (KYB), $0 for installation, and whatever it costs for alignment.

If the only problem is the tire wear, you may just need an alignment.

Thing is I just got my front end aligned a couple months ago. I did the thing about pushing my car down and it down bouce 3 or 4 times.

You can do it yourself, but it has to be realigned after you do it.
