Who's wrong? Energy Susp or Internet Racers Supply
I have a '91 RS and want to replace the front sway bar bushings and end links with Energy Suspension ones. I measured my bar and believe that it is 30mm (although it is rusty and hard to be extremely accurate).
The Energy Suspension catalog website, under Camaro 82-92, lists a 30mm swaybar and offers part #3-5159. And lists endlink #9-8117.
However, the Internet Racer's Supply website, under Camaro 82-92, lists ES #3-5163 for a 30mm front swaybar bushing and #9-8125 for endlinks.
Neither, Summit or Jegs offers any of these part numbers in their printed catalogs.
Who do I trust? I would guess that ES has the best info., but everywhere I look (about 10 differnet places) somebody is telling me different part numbers.
How important is it to get the correct size? What if the bushing is 1-2mm too small? What if it is 1-2mm too big?

IRS is wrong, they're listing parts for the 4th-gens.
You can order these parts from Summit or Jegs even though they aren't listed in their catalogs. I've done that several times when I've found a part I wanted in the manufacturer's catalog and it wasn't listed in Summit or Jegs.
It is -very- important to have the right size. You could damage or destroy parts in your front suspension if they're not the right-size parts, not to mention your swaybar wouldn't work very well if the bushings weren't holding it in place...

I believe a 91 RS would have a 32mm front sway bar, but you measured yours, so I could be wrong. My 92 RS was 32mm, its now 36mm.

Yeah, you gotta call Summit for a part. I looked them up at their website- remember, you need to put a "color" character after the part #. So Summit thinks the Energy Suspension #3-5159 is really ENS-3-5159R (r for red, b for black, etc).
As per end-links, It's been a while, but I think the 82-92 f-bodies were spec'd for ones with a 2 5/8" sleeve length.

My 1991 RS has a 34 mm front sway bar. The RPO code is F41. Check for a blue plastic tag on the sway bar. I guess due to the low mileage on my car the blue tag with part # was still on there and it turned out to be 34 mm.
