to drop? or not to drop? thats the question with 17's??????
just wondering if i should still drop my car or not, i didnt want to go that low in the beginning, but how low can i go with 17x7s with 245/45 on the front, and 17x8 with 255 45 on the back??? i can get a pro kit from work for cheap, would that be too far?? or good???? any advice would be appreciated

I dropped my car 1.5 (more like 1.75) with the Hotchkis springs and I have 17x9.5 w/ 275x45x17 on all 4 wheels. You can only stick 1 finger between the top of the tire and the bottom of the fender on the fronts, no rubbing.
