I was wondering if anyone here has done it? I was thinking about it. A friend of mine at work made his own for his 70 firebird. Also there is a guy who made them for his 3rd gen in Super Chevy this month. I can get the tube steel for free at work. I might go with the SSM connectors if I find its too much work to make them myself.

 

my buddy just did for his 1988 IROC drag racer. he did it really easy all you have to do is measure it out and do some welding. there really isnt much to it. he is making some for my car. i cant wait.
