Looking for a good torque arm, a few questions.

Hey guys I did a search and I'm trying to figure out a good torque arm for me. I'm building my car to be an "all around" car. Not just straight line, not just twisties kind of car. Since I installed the weight jacks ofcourse the wheel hop has come back a touch. What would be a good all around torque arm set up? Adjustablility also is an absolute must. Any recommendations?

Any of the adjustable, full length crossmember mounted arms should meet what you're looking for. UMI, BMR, Spohn all make them. Just stay away from the short-style torque arms if handling is a priority

I had the Spohn setup and like it. The only thing I didnt like about it is that the crossmember does not allow for good exhaust clearance.

What kind of rear control arms do you have? I use to have wheel hop, but then I boxed the rear control arms in. The wheel hop went away. I'm still going to get good tubular arms one day, but for $10 for the metal this will work for now.

I have BMR tubular LCA's with an adjustable Panhard bar. I also have UMI LCA relocation brackets. Like I said earlier, before the drop the car had NO wheel hop whatsoever but after I dropped the rear with the hop started. I looked up under the car and my pinion is pointed down pretty low, so I'd like to adjust it back so I can get rid of the hop again.

Hello
Thanks for suggesting UMI Performance. We do offer a few different versions of adjustable torque arms. Our mounting bracket works with all of the aftermarket and stock rear ends. And they all feature Energy Suspension bushings. Below is a link to show you what all UMI Performance has to offer!

If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Thanks
