When lowering a car ?'s

ok i bought springs from BMR fabrication, i believe that they are Jamex, but not sure. the springs are supposed to drop it an 1.5" what else do i NEED do buy in order to make it work correctly?

Axle/Gears: 3.23 posi
You shouldn't have to buy anything else just to install the springs.
But you should have the front end re-aligned afterwards.

what about an adjustable panhard rod, and other suspension things like end links and stuff? does any of this need to be different? i have no idea this will be the first car that my family has ever lowered.

None of that needs to be different. It'll all work fine with the new springs.
