By better, I mean which is thicker: Iroc, or WS6, I guess 1LE is another choice too. Which one?

Better? I'm unsure. The 1LE/WS6 type is a 36 mm hollow bar. As I understand it, however, this bar is second is stiffness behind the solid 34 mm.

What size is the one in my Iroc? Are the front and rear sway bars the same size?

Several sizes, I believe, were available. For example, in my 85 IROC the stock front was 32 mm. Some Camaros, 89-92, had stock 36 mm. The front sway will be larger.
