I put intrax 2" drop springs in my '91 RS V-8 and it actually helped on bottoming out. The shorter springs are so damn stiff that the car doesn't move as much up and down. It does, however, lower the car to where the air damn scrapes more over dips and speed bumps, but it doesn't hurt anything. I love the stance and handling performance of my car, but it rides terrible. It was worth it to me!
