shake rattle and roll.....
I have a 91 350 with t-tops and i was wondering if cars without t-tops have such a bumpy ride. I got new shocks in back yet the car is always making cracking sounds, especially by the t-tops when you hit a bump otr crack in the road, and the car is only smooth on smooth surfaces. It never has a decently smooth ride on somewhat of a ropugh surface. Is this normal for cars with t-tops. You can see my car at my website which i provide a link for. Thanks for your time.

Every camaro I have had has been T-top and I have never been in one that doesn't drive like a dump truck hahah. The trade off is they handle like they are on rails. It's a good trade if you ask me. I was having some major probs with my 91 being extra harsh and I solved it by putting in factory gm hydralic shocks hahah. It made the world of difference in handling and smoother ride. My car has the stiff ride handleing package and I have had nothing but probs with the after market springs
I have an 88 350 with ttops. I bought it last year and noticed the tops maybe quite a bit of noise when on even slightly rough road. It also creaked and made funny noises at times. Well this year I put on a pair of subframe connectors and the creaks and noises are gone and the suspension actually absorbs a lot more of the rough road I foud they smoothed out the ride. It was like a new car. JUST AMAZING. GET SOME
