No RPO codes
I have had some really nasty suspension pros lately and I am still working them out. I am too used to my old 84Z28. I put 4 new springs in my 91 and they are just after market. I know they suck but don't freak on me please. The front ones are great but I am on my second set in the back the ones they put in bottomed out terrible. I went back and complained and they put in a set of moog performance springs which still suck. The back end still bottoms out. I had the same setup in my old car and never had a prob. The other prob was the gabriel rear shocks. They were a gas shock and worked terrible. I finally got so fed up I wnet to GM and bought factory original hydraulic shocks. When I was there they told me my car had a stiff ride handling package.
My question is what the hell is this and what is so different about it? Any info you can give me would be a big help!

You probably do have the "Firm ride and handling" package, wich has the RPO code of "F41". This is common on many T/As and Zs. The "FE2" was the "high performance" suspensions used in conjunction w/ many of the WS6, Z28 and 1LE packages.

Thanks alot for the info. I knew it had to have something different because the car is totally different than my old 84 Z28. I would traded this PITA in for it any time!!
