How can you tell when the Panhard Rod is adjusted to the proper length?

The "eyeball" way is to just look at your rear tires from the back of the car. If your ground effects cover the same tread portion on each side, you're pretty damn close to good. The other way is to take a tape measure, and measure the distance from the inner sidewall of your tires to the side of the wheel well.

The best way I have seen is to:

Take two pieces of string, and tie a small weight on the end (just a few ounces)
Tie each string to each rear wheelwell. It must be in the same spot for both sides.
Measure the distance from the string to the sidewall of the tire. Adjust the Panhard bar untill both measurements are the same (from side to side)
