I can get a 96 trans am rear end with 2.73 gears in it for 300 dollars. What else do i need to get to put this rear end in my 92 formula. I have drums now. But with that rear end i will have disc brake in the rear to. So do i need to get.
please help me ASAP

 

Park brake cables, master cylinder and pressure differential switch for disk brakes. You'll also need proper offset rims since the 96 is 2 inches wider on each side.

There's nothing special about the rear end itself when compared to yours. They both have 28 spline axles. Why not just buy the disk brake parts and install them on your diff?
