These all come with the South Side Machine package. Will this give me good suspension improvements? What does a strut tower brace and a panhard rod do?

The STB helps to keep the shock towers in place under hard cornering. There is flex of almost 1 - 2 inches, depending on the conditions.

The Panhard rod helps to keep the rear in place under the same conditions (hard cornering)

Both are necessary for road racing or auto X'n, for sure. Not so much for drag racing, though. The SFC's and driveshaft loop are are definitly needed, though, as well as with road racing.

I'm adding the weld-in SFC's and a 4 pt rollbar to tie everything in and tighten it up.
