the noise ****' me off it rattles over everything,what should i do.

Check your front brake pads. The clip that holds the brake pad tight against the caliper piston may have come loose. This happened on my car and it rattled on every little bump.
Just pull your front wheels off and check the brake pads, if they are loose it will be pretty obvious.

 

Anither source of rattling can be your strut mounts. If the bearings are worn, they will make a rattling noise like the front end is loose....

 

Check those front calipers.They are well known to rattle when going over bumps when they are worn/and or loose.
