As I step on my brake pedals...it feels spongy....As I prepare to take off, I release the handbrakes but feel as though my brakes are still engaged. So I drove to a small incline and stepped on my brakes. As I release the brake pedal..again the brakes felt as though it was still engage, however due to the weight of my car, it moved foward...any idea???
