Belltech drop spindle. What to do for a rear drop?

I looking at installing Belltech front drop spindles and matching rear drop springs.
With the front spindles, front end geometry should be maintained, but does anyone know what happens in the rear with the lower springs?
Would adjustable rear lower control arms & adj. panhard bar solve any possible rear geometry problems, and/or would a LCA relocation kit be of benefit along with the adj. control arms?

To do it properly you will need an adjustable panhard rod and LCA relocation brackets. You can get away without both of these but the drivers side wheel will stick out father and there will be more wheel hop because the LCA's are now sitting flat compared to the road.

Adjustable LCA's are nice but aren't all that important unless the backend doesn't sit straight.
