What do you think, twisted chasis?

My car is all over the road when I drive it. I have it on the alignment rack now and found a bunch of not good stuff. But what I found explains the way the car drove.

The rear axle is off by .36 degrees. That is thrust angle. The axle itself is straight as the total toe is 0. Looks like I need some adjustable control arms. I think I may have caused this problem though. I boxed my control arms in and I'm wondering if the heat didnt warp the control arm I have in the drivers side causing it to "shrink". I know I could swap the arms to find out, but right now this is the least of my concernes. And I want the adjustables anyway.

The front is whats really screwed up. My total camber is 0, however I have 7 degrees positive on one side, and -7 on the other. I have a Spohn tubular K-member. Not sure if this is to blame or not. I tried loosening the K-member and prying it over, but it doesnt move. The positive side is the drivers. I cant really move the strut mount in any more because its already hitting the master cylinder resivoir.

What should I do? I work at a dealership. Should I talk to the body shop guys about pulling the frame? I still have the factory crossmember that I could try, but I really, really, really dont want to swap them. I have solid motor mounts that were an absolute pain in the *** to line the motor up.

you did mention before that the car was hit? maybe something is off. Did you have this problem before you changed all the parts?

I believe the car has been hit before. Car Fax says no, but the wrinkled passenger side inner feder well says otherwise. The thing is though that if the passenger side got hit, you would think it would shove everything towards the drivers side. But I actually need to move the K-member towards the drivers side to take camber out the drivers side and increase the camber on the passenger side.

I dont remember what the alignment was like before the new K-member. I do remember having an issue with the camber. I would have had to have one strut mount all the way in and one all the way out to get it in spec. That was when I had the coil over setup on and the car still at factory height. Now that I have the sportlines, I guess the problem just got worse. This is about to make me just go back to factory height. I was going to set the car up for handling, but have since changed my mind. I now want a nice street/strip car that I can drive anywhere. I dont need a lot of negative camber, but I would like some. This way the front end straightens out while going down the track.

I cant drive the car tomorrow, but i think Saturday I am going to take the car back up to my work and do some careful measuring. I want to see if the K-member is sitting evenly between the frame rails and if so, are the control arm mounts equal distance from the center of the K-member. If all that checks out, I can only assume its the strut towers that would have to be pulled.
