Rebuilding Front End, Need Torque Specs

I'm probably going to rebuild my front suspension on Saturday with the PST poly-kit and I'm also installing Lakewood 70/30 drag struts. I've seen posts all over the archive about the ft-lbs. of the strut to spindle specs, anywhere from 120ft-lbs to 203ft-lbs. The Lakewoods say go to 195ft-lbs. Aside from that, anyone know the torque specs for an 1986 Z-28 on the front control arms to frame bolts, and the tie rod end to spindle nut?

Lastly, anybody done this before so I can get a time approx. on the job, assuming no unforseen problems arise?
