When is it time to replace springs?

How do you tell if the springs are shot? My 1990 Iroc just turned 100,000 miles but only 4,000 are on an engine rebuild, but anyway, the car tilts slightly towards the passenger side. Is that a sign of bad springs, or a panhard bar, or....?

You can tell you need to replace the springs, if the original ones are still in it. I have never seen a car with more than 10,000 miles that didn't already need shocks and springs. Change them, you won't believe the difference.
